About your new role
- At idealo you are part of a cross-functional team, consisting of Product Owner, User Experience Designer and Software Engineers, that thrives for excellence in product and software development.
- Enable UX Designers and Product Owner for hypothesis and data driven product development
- Together with Business Managers and team leadership, you report assessments of product development results to C-Level management
- Design and implement a holistic A/B testing strategy; support test setups and analyse the results
- Work with Business, Marketing and Product stakeholders to define tracking specifications and reporting on product KPIs
- Use tools such as Data Studio and Tableau to provide insight, awareness and interpretation of data for the team, particularly Product Owner and User Experience Designers
- Ensure consistent quality of data collection together with Software Engineers
Skills & Requirements
- You have a passion for customer-centric analytics and increasing user and business value from an analytical point of view
- You have a strong hands-on background in data analysis, business intelligence or similar
- You have proven experience with Google Data Studio, Firebase and Tableau
- You have great communication skills and can deliver a story with data
- Work closely with the team to provide meaningful insights and accurate data analysis on their projects, interpret the findings and recommend solid actions
- Ideally you have experience with SQL and are curious to analyze data with programmatic approaches (e.g. Python, R)
- You have hands on experience with designing and interpreting A/B testing
- You are able to translate complex analytics into business implications and discuss your findings with non-experts
- You are a strong team player and still can work autonomously
