As Data Engineer (f/m/d) you’ll be working in the backend of our event-driven platform to build out our vast data layers. You’ll have an opportunity to work in a highly flexible and adaptable architecture, work closely with experts to both share and expand your knowledge and skills, and develop yourself into a true craftsman.
Responsibilities
Design, development, and enhancement of our data lake
Design and develop backend services that feed the lake and provide the data to others, applying craftsmanship such as good Design Patterns, Testing, and considering robustness at scale
Enable our Data Scientists to be faster and productize their work
Provide feedback to Product regarding new features
Report on status of development work
Mentor and assist others in the team

Must-Haves / Requirements
Minimum 3 years of experience with Data-Heavy systems
Typescript (or comparable OOP-style language) and Python for understanding Data Science work
Strong Object Oriented Programming knowledge
