Data Quality Manager (m/f/d)
Your assignments
- Work with peers and organizations to identify and secure existing process data objects and improve governance
- Coordinate data cleansing process for material type conversion and cleansing relevant to EWM processes
- Work with peers and organizations to understand existing master data restrictions and bottlenecks
- Analyze existing tools to identify opportunities for improvement through the use of process modeling and simulation, data analysis, and new process management tools
- Help identify tools/metrics, KPIs and developments to ensure that continuous improvement in data quality are achieved
- Coordinate activities associated with company validation policy and compliance with QM processes and SOPs ensuring alignment to the Nucleus business transformation project
- Enhance and maintain responsibility matrix for all main objects and create and maintain responsibly matrix for secondary objects
- Develop governance for GRC roles managements processes
- Show central as well as local leadership by showing strong commitment to the implementation of sustainable process management and governance structures
Your profile
- Technical University degree or Bachelor’s degree or related IT experience in a managerial capacity
- Several years of experience in IT business or IT in consulting for a market leader
- Project management skills
- Ability to work at multiple levels
- Technical expertise in an SAP multi-platform environment
- Experience of MDG and ETL tools an advantage
- Experience working in a validated life science multicultural business
- Team player, motivated, ability to work with other cultures and patient in approach
- Strong analytical skills
- Confident presenter and able to deliver training
- Fluent in English and German (other languages an advantage)
- Travel will be needed throughout the year for Global Governance project or Nucleus support
