Your tasks:
As a Data Science Engineer at Holoplot, you will empower a data driven approach across the full organisation. You will work within agile, cross disciplinary teams for manufacturing, sales, marketing, SCM and hardware development, fundamentally enhancing their work experience with data and insights. You will architect, build and introduce cloud-based infrastructure for collecting, analysing and visualising all data coming out of the various sources for applications. like predictive maintenance/quality, automation, robotics, growth, QA and others.
Your specific tasks include one or more of the following:
- Architect, build and introduce cloud based analytics capabilities that scale
- Establish edge based, robust data collection infrastructure at various touch points within the organisation
- Develop, customize and introduce analytic tools to your co-workers
- Ideate, prototype, collect requirements and consult on data driven strategies
- Automate internal workflows between departments e.g. build API’s between internal systems
- Proliferate and aspire a data driven mindset within our team
Your skills:
- You have experience architecting, building and introducing data analytic infrastructure in the cloud (on either AWS, Google Cloud, Microsoft Azure, IBM)
- You have significant experience in data driven software development with Python, Julia, R, …
- You bring strong data communications and visualisation skills
- You want to grow and learn in a dynamic, multi-disciplinary, multi-cultural team
- You are an excellent out-of-the-box thinker with a can-do attitude
