In your new role you will:
- Prepare and implement data models and machine learning algorithms with a focus on business process analysis using R or Python
- Setup and coordinate rollout of a process mining solution and afterwards act as solution owner responsible for operation, further development and consulting of internal customers
- Initiate and lead data analytics and forecasting projects in the areas of Finance, Procurement and Human Resources
- Be ready for hands-on implementation and configuration activities
- Scout the market of machine learning solutions and libraries, establish and keep contacts to solution providers and represent Infineon at professional conferences
- Support the development of Infineon’s roadmap regarding machine learning and process mining
You have the passion and the courage to develop new and creative ideas. Moreover, you collaborate beyond borders, appreciate the contribution of others and enjoy working in a start-up driven, intercultural environment.
You are best equipped for this task if you have:
- A degree in Data Science, Mathematics, Computer Science or Engineering
- At least 6 years of experience in the above mentioned areas, preferable in a big international enterprise and using agile methodologies
- A profound understanding of mathematical algorithms (forecasting, clustering, deep learning)
- Know-How of process mining solutions in combination with SAP is a big advantage
- Experience with R or Python / Tensorflow - SQL is an advantage
- Experience as a Project Lead - experience as a Team Lead is an advantage
- Very good English skills, German is a plus
