- Lead others through complex, distributed systems, and understand the principles of highly available, scalable, maintainable and performant services

- Experienced in building, developing and managing teams of engineers and data scientists in an agile environment, and coaching them into finding the best possible solution
- Experience in delivering production-grade machine learning systems, designing and operating scalable, highly-available, secure and well-monitored systems
- Strong sense of ownership, entrepreneurial thinking, and ability to lead projects and groups, including managing complex projects with various stakeholders through the whole company
