- you will be part of our small multidisciplinary agile team of developers, data engineers and data scientists called “Advertising Intelligence”
- you like to make sense out of huge amounts of data and build products on top of it
- you are interested in creating automated pricing solutions for programmatic auctions, visualizing data streams, monitoring & alerting systems for our stakeholders
- you are eager to gain more domain knowledge in digital advertising and further deepen your experience with cloud infrastructure, machine learning and data exploration
- you like to work in an easy going, open minded team where you will have lots of freedom but at the same time have a huge impact on revenue
- you want to code with us in Python, R or Typescript (but as we are multilingual team and things are changing fast this is not a must)
You are a
solution-oriented team player with a passion for data & innovation
- you have +3 years of practical coding experience (preferably in Python/Typescript/R)
- you feel comfortable working with more than one programming languages
- you are experienced in in building & communicating with APIs and REST services
- you understand how distributed systems and big data infrastructure work and have at least some basic experience working with them (e.g. with PySpark, Terraform)
- you have some experience in dealing with cloud infrastructures such as AWS / Kubernetes
- you want to write “good code” and use practices like DRY, S.O.L.I.D and clean code
- you are fluent in English – German is a plus
- if you are interested in Machine Learning or have prior experience in Ad technology that would be a plus
- you are willing to learn and like to share knowledge
