Do you like translating customer needs into IT solutions? As IT Business Analyst for HR Solutions, you will work closely with Infineon’s Human Resources Department and understand their needs regarding Recruiting and Talent Solutions. Most importantly, you will show them how to realize their needs within our IT infrastructure - and thus enable professional and appreciative processes, that are compliant with legal regulations.
In your new role you will:
- Act as an interface between IT and Human Resources regarding Recruiting and Talent Solutions
- Be Application Owner for our Application Tracking System (ATS), Candidate Relationship Management Tool (CRM) as well as for a planning system for Vocational Training
- Establish expert Know-How on a technical, consulting and strategic level and drive continuous improvement of the solutions
- Be responsible for incident management, service requests or change requests
- Pro-actively drive vendor- and release management
- Represent the team towards internal (e.g. IT, HR) and external stakeholders (e.g. vendors)
- Ensure that operation is compliant to legal requirements (e.g. Data Protection)

At the same time, you know how to balance your customers’ requirements with technical possibilities - and are able to show them the added value of our available solutions. Moreover, you collaborate beyond borders and appreciate the contribution of others.
You are best equipped for this task if you have:
- A degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Informatics or in a related field
- Several years of relevant professional experience related to IT service delivery - ideally with cloud solutions
- Technical knowledge of SQL, HTML and XML
- Experience with implementation of system interfaces is a plus
- Project management experience in order to prioritize, drive and lead IT projects is a plus
- Fluent English language skills, German would be helpful
