IT Project Coordinator/Analyst (m/f/d)

It manages all company’s activities worldwide from standard setting through services for its partners, marketing, certification management to integrity and serves as legal entity to hold the international GLOBALG.A.P. and GGN (consumer label for GLOBALG.A.P. certified farms) copyrights. For our Assurance Data Services Team, we are looking for an IT Project Coordinator/Analyst (m/f/d) in full-time (39 h/week) starting on 01 July 2021. As a part of the GLOBALG.A.P. IT department, the Assurance Data Services Team is responsible for collecting, processing, and sharing agricultural production related data to support certification processes, their development, and to find new data-derived business opportunities.
Your responsibilities
- Drive IT-related business development to internal and external stakeholders while having high sensitivity towards requests and company strategy
- Support IT business model creation and translate strategic project goals into concrete operational requirements and maintain this linkage
- Maintain and develop the company’s information technology products by gathering business requirements and translating them into detailed technical specifications
- Facilitate coordination role between content wise experts/stakeholders and external IT service providers to achieve targeted and reasonable IT solutions
- Configure, customize, and manage solutions independently to fulfill business requirements based on functional specifications
- Lead and actively participate in various projects across multiple departments
Your profile
- Degree in the field of Business, Information Systems or equivalent
- 1–2 years of IT-related working experience (e. g. IT project management, data collection, data sharing)
- Proficient in English (C1 level)
- High motivation to challenge and add value to IT business development
- Ability to quickly understand IT concepts and align them with the team’s mission
- Communicative and proactive character willing to actively share knowledge within the team
