We are looking for a lead Engineer to join our team with a long term perspective.

High Usability Demand – Complex Data Standard – Large Datasets – Latest Technologies – Machine Learning – Algorithms

Your Tasks:

Designing, developing and implementing our Data Management System and Data Distribution Platform 
Focus on optimizing performance and recommendation logic (using Machine Learning, etc.) 
Ensure a sustainable and scalable approach to solutions 
Leading and mentoring our young team of motivated developers 
A chance to give fresh ideas

Your Qualifications:

You have experience with Ruby and SQL 
You have experience with REST APIs, Microservices, DevOps 
You have lead a team of software developers 
You got a hands-on mentality and love working in an agile environment 
You should speak German/English
