Tasks:
In the core processes of our business divisions, large data volumes are created on whose basis our “Big Data, Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence” department optimises processes that increase product quality and develops new products and services. As part of your role as a Machine Learning Engineer, you will process data and provide them to end-to-end projects and use cases. For this purpose, you will specify the requirements from use cases in collaboration with specialist departments and data scientists and will subsequently develop suitable IT solutions together with further partners in agile projects. You will particularly focus on the integration on the high-performance and scalable integration of data and the application of machine learning models to very large datasets. You will draft the architecture of solutions together with architects and assume responsibility for the implementation of requirements up to stable operation in DevOps.
Qualifications:
- Successfully completed studies in Computer Science, Business Informatics or a comparable degree course.
- Knowledge in high-performance processing of basic data structures.
- Experience in the field of Continuous Deployment and DevOps in agile projects.
- Experience with the use of Big Data technologies (HDFS, Spark, HIVE, Talend, Kafka etc.).
- Basic knowledge in the field of Machine Learning and ML frameworks / libraries.
- Solid integration and transformation knowledge of big structured and semi-structured data bases.
- Business-fluent English.
