Your tasks – this is what awaits you in detail
- You will closely cooperate with our data engineers and business stakeholders to realise machine learning projects from initiation to end
- You will choose emerging technologies and approaches to create high-performance machine Learning processing solutions and other data driven applications that scale
- Implementation and development of data pipeline, algorithms, and data stores for a pioneering cloud-based big data application
- Challenging our status quo and helping us define best practices for how we work
Your profile – this is what we expect from you
- You have a university degree in (business) informatics or a comparable field of study
- You have a very high capacity for abstraction, a sound algorithmic understanding and affinity for working with data
- Professional experience in the field of Machine Learning, Data Science, Data Engineering or related areas of expertise
- Curiosity to understand existing processes, to find new solutions and opportunities and readiness to learn about new technologies, programming tools etc.
- Understanding of working with various data storage systems (data warehouse, data lake)
- Ability and interest in translating business requirements into technological visions and data-processing technologies, ideally experience in working with Kafka, Kubernetes, Python, Apache AirFlow
