We are looking for an experienced Product Analyst to glean insights from customer-content interactions and define attribution models. As a part of the Content Composition team, you will make customer engagement measurable and optimizable.
WHERE YOUR EXPERTISE IS NEEDED
- Define attribution models, dive deep into Zalando’s massive data to interpret customer engagement, understand the driver tree and identify proxy KPIs
- Draw insights from the complex interaction of content, customers, and Zalando’s business, analyze A/B tests, provide (analytical) justifications for why we do certain things
- Work closely with the data scientists and engineers on your team to help them optimize the algorithms they build
- Help stakeholders understand why their content is (or isn’t) successful in front of the customer
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
- Experience with Google Analytics, Big Query and SQL
- A strong understanding of the e-commerce business and relevant KPIs
- A track record of creating attribution models, driver trees and dashboards and analysing A/B tests
- Ability to read and write Python notebooks is a plus
