This is an opening for a highly skilled (Senior) Business Intelligence (BI) Engineer (d/f/m) on a fixed term basis who is passionate about bringing fast and reliable data to the people who need it. The role sits within the Product- and Tech- organization and directly partners with other engineers in our data platform team.

Your Responsibilities :
Design and build a fast-access, integrative cloud-based data BI and data warehouse solution together with our engineers and analysts
Implement simple, intuitive data engineering and visual solutions
Help our analysts, data scientists and other data-enthusiasts to get access to the data they need when they need it to generate high business impact
Design solutions with a focus on cloud, PaaS, SaaS, and serverless services
Collaborate with business partners to understand processes and identify improvement areas
Guide and mentor colleagues to improve analytical skill sets across the organization
Your Skills :
Hands-on experience with cloud warehousing and analytics (ex. BigQuery, Redshift)
Solid experience in functional programming (ex. Python, JavaScript, Java, C++, Scala, etc.)
Data analysis skills (SQL, Pandas, R, etc.)
Advanced SQL and RDBMS experience (ex. MySQL, etc.)
Experience with data ingestion and transformation solutions (ex.Spark, Talend, etc.)
Good ability to visualize data (ex. DataStudio, Looker, Tableau)
Solid problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze and break down problems
Understanding and practice of Agile and DevOps principles
Experience with Google Analytics is a big plus
Knowledge of data processing (batch and stream) and handling of semi-structured and unstructured data is a plus
