We support People Analytics globally across all of Delivery Hero’s entities and work with stakeholders and users across the entire business which allows us to have a great understanding of the organization’s needs. We manage end to end solutions from integrating data to our data warehouse, conducting data quality to ensure what we provide is accurate and trustworthy to our users, creating interactive dashboards and visualizations as well as building data science products to predict and anticipate future challenges and opportunities. All the while building strong relationships with our stakeholders to enable them to always make the most informed decisions.
Your mission:
You will support the People Analytics strategy for Delivery Hero as part of the People Analytics Solutions team
Your main responsibility will be to work closely with the rest of the People Analytics Solutions team on developing new products and solutions
You will work together with stakeholders from multiple countries, companies and teams to design innovative products in a fast paced environment
You will be responsible for continued development and maintenance of our data warehouse, including improvements of existing data structures and integrations
You will continue to integrate new systems from our IT landscape to further enhance our analytic capabilities
You will be the technical expert on solution design and support the Demand team with prototyping solutions for our stakeholders
You want to promote a data driven environment and help the business perform better through the use and analysis of people data
Your heroic skills:
Background in Mathematics, Statistics, Data Engineering, Analytics or similar
Passionate about data and have computer science fundamentals
You are running, maintaining, and deploying your own code to production
You have experience with processing large amounts of structured and unstructured data
Experience with cloud environments, data engineering, and API integrations
Experience working with Amazon Web Services or similar cloud environment
Highly proficient in SQL and Python
Thorough understanding of data quality control and best practices
Comfortable working in a technical environment, being able to assess and decide on optimal technical and scalable solutions
Strong communication skills in English
Nice to have:
Strong understanding of HR processes and data structures
Knowledgeable in Tableau or other Business Intelligence tools (PowerBI, Looker, Workday Discovery Boards)
Ability to successfully manage multiple projects and priorities at a time
Experience with other HCM systems and advanced analytics
Experience working with data science products
