In the whole new field of real estate data analytics you originate innovative AI solutions.
Your tasks
- Set up the Data Science team, guide it conceptually
- Serve as the expert in building and training AI systems
- Identify and model representative Machine Learning work flows
- Develop robust, scalable and maintainable machine learning models to answer business problems against large data sets
- Conduct data analyses, develop mathematical models, implement prototypes
- Communicate with management on architecture, possibilities and potential risks
- Your profile
- University degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Physics, Computer Science or related natural sciences / technical degree, or comparable qualification
- At least three years of professional experience in implementing real world applications in AI with machine learning
- Experience in analyzing complex datasets and building mathematical models, also in a practical context
- Deep knowledge of machine learning, statistics and/or mathematical optimization
- Good programming skills (Python, R or Java)
- Data integration
- Expertise in Machine Learning, Deep Learning, Decision based learning, Reinforcement Learning, Probabilistic Inference, Statistics
- Experience with Big Data and related technologies, e.g., Hadoop, Pig, Spark
- Knowledge of SQL and NoSQL is required
- Good communication skills, ability to work with cross-functional teams
- Experience in managing and conceptually guiding projects is an advantage
