We are looking for a Senior Data Scientist - Machine Learning Expert (m/f) who will apply and develop cutting-edge algorithms to determine the optimal choice and the best ranking of a large number of product categories and articles, applying explorative, descriptive and predictive data analysis.
Job requirements:
- A successfully completed M.Sc. or Ph.D. degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Physics, Software Engineering or a similar discipline
- More than 3 years’ experience working in a machine learning, data analysis or recommender systems environment
- Proficient in SQL and in either R or Python
- An exceptionally analytical mind-set, with the ability to handle and draw insights from large amounts of data
- Fluent English
