Senior Digital Analyst (m/f)

for App and Process Performance, located either in Freiburg, Frankfurt or Berlin.

What you will do:

  • Build app performance reports in BI tool that can be used by different stakeholders in the company, like development of app performance, cohort analysis, benchmark studies and others to evaluate and control app performance
  • Analyze app performance data and find reasons for data patterns. Derive implications with the target to improve user activation and user engagement
  • Identify issues with data quality and data handling in order to improve data quality and to make data handling as efficient as possible for report users
  • Report directly to Chief Customer Operations Officer the global development of the app performance
  • Make standard processes in Customer Operations and Customer Success measurable and assure high quality of measured data, thus contributing to the calculation of unit economics at Allthings
  • Control efficiency of standard processes and derive measures in order to improve process efficiency and build best in class process design
  • In general, you will work closely with the Head of Finance & Analytics and a Process Engineer on defining and implementing a data structure, that provides different departments with the KPI they need to make data driven decisions
  • You will take over a team of one part time employee and will grow the team based on the needs along with the global growth of Allthings

  • What you have:

  • You can provide us with examples of projects in which you built analytics from scratch and handled big amounts of data
  • You have a track record of improving quantitative performance in a digital environment
  • You bring 2 years of experience in process optimization, in a consultancy or a dedicated department
  • You are familiar with app performance measures or you can show in the interview that you are willing to learn and provide us with your ideas about how to measure app performance
  • You speak English fluently, German is a plus
  • You are willing to travel to different Allthings offices and customers, with an estimated traveling rate of max. 15% of your time
