Your future team, as part of the data & analytics unit, is focusing on solving different and complex business problems. • Developing complex Machine Learning solutions with impact on the business value
• Interpret machine learning models, know how transfer and with that, enabling your environment to develop
• Building and developing our platform to “automize machine learning pipelines” in the cloud
• Interpret machine learning models, know how transfer and with that, enabling your environment to develop
• Creating a Machine Learning community and spirit (locally and globally)
• Educate your colleagues in Machine Learning
• Project management and communication with different stakeholders

• Master or Ph.D. degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Machine Learning, Math, Physic, Econometrics or related fields with specialization in Deep Learning
• A solid understanding of Machine Learning algorithms and neural network computational models.
• Strong ability to train Deep Learning models. At least 3 years of practical experience
• Proficiency in, at least, one modern programming language preferably Python
• Deep learning framework expertise such as TensorFlow or PyTorch, Proficiency on working of different cloud technologies (CI/CD-Pipeline, Infrastructure as Code) preferably Google Cloud Platform
• Hands-on experience with NLP tools, libraries and corpora (e.g. Bert, Hugging Face, LayoutLM, spacy, Stanford CoreNLP)

Around 600 software and system developers work for AXA in Switzerland and are developing tomorrow’s technology inhouse.
