(Senior) Manager Digital Controlling & Business Analytics / Data Science (f/m/d)
Digital Controlling & Business Analytics drives and coordinates the digital transformation of Corporate Controlling. Leveraging state-of-the-art analytics applications, we strive to further improve performance management and business steering, contributing to the overall success of Fresenius Kabi. In this context, we are looking for a new colleague to spearhead our various Business Analytics initiatives. Your assignments
- Identification and evaluation of Business Analytics use cases
- Development and implementation of analytical models to support forward-looking steering and risk controlling
- Monitoring, quality assurance and improvement of productive analytical models
- Data visualization and dashboard design
- Fostering and further driving our analytics culture, e.g. through trainings and workshops
- Preparation of management decisions regarding strategic analytics topics
- Build, strengthen and maintain close and good relationships to all involved stakeholders
Your profile
- Graduate degree in business administration, business informatics, business mathematics, computer science or comparable studies, Ph.D. is a plus
- Demonstrated knowledge and proven track record in Data Science-related projects/functions
- Experience in Finance and/or Controlling, either in a corporate setting or management consulting
- In-depth knowledge of analytical models (e.g. classification, time series, machine learning) and their application in R and/or Python
- Good knowledge of Business Intelligence and data visualization tools, e.g. SAP Analysis for Office/Analytics Cloud, Microsoft Power BI and/or R Shiny
- Ability to structure and simplify complex tasks
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Execution-oriented mindset combined with high-levels of pro-activity and pragmatism
- Fluent in English and German, both written and spoken
