As Senior Product Owner - Master Data Management (f/m/x), you will be responsible to lead our efforts to bring our master data tooling and operations to the next level. You steer the integration of our PIM into our tech landscape and play a vital role in enabling your various stakeholders from product, data science, marketing and omni-channel to realize their product-data dependent use cases.
To do so, you have a good tech-related background and bring a solid mix of experience and skills along the intersection of product ownership, processes and technology.

What you´ll do* Drive and lead the international PIM integration and rollout* Lead and own all our product data, data structures and their creation process, as well as APIs, data flows between different systems, and the overall Master Data architecture* Closely collaborate with our technology and data teams to best leverage product data to maximize impact on business, for example for personalization use cases* Define and optimize processes to improve data quality definition and sustained quality level* Introduce new processes and tools in order to support all stakeholders with their daily work* Define and evolve metrics and reporting towards a state-of-the-art MDM approach* Work with all relevant systems and departments to ensure accurate, consistent and relevant product data across all our E platforms and channels
What you bring* Excellent communication & stakeholder management in English, German is a plus* Deep business understanding and data-driven approach, able to facilitate, articulate and validate prioritization decisions* Experienced in process modelling and facilitation of workshops to design cross-functional processes across departments* Understanding for modern cloud-native, API-first IT infrastructure* Servant leadership mindset and strong drive for radical transparency* 5+ years’ experience with PIMs, MDMs including from-scratch implementations* Experience in managing of external implementation partners and project steering & controlling* Tech background and experience to directly ponder use cases, data structures and flows with engineering teams* Agile mindset and proven track record of releasing complex product increments in an iterative fashion* Experience building and fostering fantastic working relationships with external software implementation partners
