What you will do:
To further our growth, we’re looking for a Java Software Developer in our data science team, you will be responsible for the design, implementation and automation of new algorithms for predictive analytics and recommender systems for Mapp Intelligence which is designed to process more than 350 TB raw data and up to 60k requests/sec.
- Understand and expand a thrilling tech stack for fully automated marketing
- Build business applications in our Spring Boot microservice landscape
- Enable our customers to get the most of their data by developing data science products
- Be responsible for the continuous optimization of our development infrastructure
- Apply continouos integration / continouos delivery Principles
- Bachelor or Master’s Degree in Informatics, business informatics or similar
- Multiple years of professional experience in Java language and Spring ecosystem (ideally reactive)
- Knowledge of Software Engineering Principles, DDD and Clean Code
- Experience in DevOps Tools (like Jenkins, Ansible, Vagrant, Docker)
- Independent, committed, pragmatic, customer focussed, but also a good team player
- Fluent in English, German a plus
