We are looking for the first hire on our Delivery Team. At Statice, that means you will be responsible for the end-to-end delivery of customer implementations of our solutions for privacy-preserving synthetic data. This role is equal parts project management and technical, and for the right candidate offers an opportunity to combine people skills, consulting, and in-the-weeds technical work that will make privacy-preserving data science a practical option for some of the world’s largest enterprises.
Our ideal candidate has experience working with enterprise customers delivering technical projects, is cool under pressure, and can work well in both a consultant and team role. As you’ll be working directly with our customers, your feedback on our product and roadmap will be invaluable, and you’ll be an integral part of our core product team, representing real-life customer needs and bringing use case context into the organization. You’ll be also contributing to the product on integration part.

Responsibilities
- Own overall delivery of Statice software to enterprise clients
- Contribute to the product roadmap from technical stakeholders’ perspective
- Contribute to the product on code and documentation level
- Manage stakeholders and ensure the successful project delivery on time
- Ensure high quality standards and best practices are applied to technical delivery.

Hiring Process
