To support our ambitious growth, we are now looking for a Web Analyst (M/F/X) to join our team in Munich, Germany starting as soon as possible.
Your Tasks – Paint the world green
- You conduct quantitative evaluations of hypotheses in the product-lifecycle prior to the implementation
- You take over the measurement responsibilities in the Build-Measure-Learn-Cycle
- You identify potential optimization opportunities in the customer lifecycle and form predictions
- You work closely together with Product Owners, using data to help them identify features that would make their product more user-friendly and effective
- You help validate potential A/B tests hypothesis, as well as analyze tests’ results and share them with stakeholders
- You monitor business relevant KPIs
Your Profile – Ready to hop on board
- Bachelor/Master’s degree in statistics, mathematics, information systems, media information, or similar
- Know-How in Google Analytics, Webtrekk and Google Tag Manager
- Basic know-how in HTML/CSS/Java Script
- Experience in conversion optimization and the personalization of websites (i.e.: A/B testing tools and the basic statistics behind it)
- An analytical way of thinking
- Gut decisions make you choke, data based decisions cause butterflies in your stomach
- Passion for digital products, services and for problem solving
- Team player, full of empathy and intuition, properties you self-evidently call your own
- Full working proficiency in English; German and other European language is a plus
