At the team “Leap”, a tech innovation unit at Gini, we research the latest trends in Deep Learning and develop revolutionary AI solutions. You will join the innovators-force to support them with your ideas and high-quality code.
YOUR PLAYING FIELD AT GINI
- Your mission is to research ways of combining Computer Vision and NLP approaches for information extraction from document images
- You will implement Deep Learning solutions for information extraction from document images
- You will actively contribute to our Semantics and Computer Vision departments with your knowledge of latest discoveries in the field of Deep Learning
- You will preferably write a Master Thesis based on the results of your research
- You will be putting your excellent research skills to the best use whilst working on experiments
YOUR PROFILE
- You are excellent in at least one of the programming languages: Java, Scala and / or Python
- You have a brilliant academic record in the field of Machine / Deep Learning
- You are a risk taker who embraces chances, and love to explore new developments in the Deep Learning communities
- You are an autonomous, self-driven individual - and others call you a perfectionist
- You have strong interpersonal skills in German and / or English and are able to communicate technical details to non-technical people
