YOUR MISSION
- Maintain our ETL and streaming pipelines while extending them by implementing new features
- Setup monitoring and alarm systems to control the health of our pipelines and ensure stability
- Maintain and develop our data infrastructure
- Discuss and advise on architectural and implementation decisions, as well as best practices
- Support the engineering team to integrate the products to the data services and databases
YOUR SKILLS
- at least 2 years of experience with Python and columnar databases
- Knowledge in maintaining a Data warehouse
- Comfortable in managing and working with ETL and streaming tools (Airflow, Kafka, Spark)
- Familiar with BI dashboard tools like Superset
- Focus on code quality, testing, and CI/CD
- You feel at home in Unix environments and with AWS
- Knowledge or previous experiences with Rust would be considered a big plus
