As Data & Infrastructure Engineer (f/m/x) you are at the very core of this strategy and construct data models that enable all internal stakeholders to get hands on with their data. You take full responsibility for our entire tooling ecosystem and are in charge of analyzing, connecting and integrating all data from our own software to the different tools (e.g. HubSpot, Segment, Natero, etc.).
These challenges are waiting for you:
- You build automation workflows based on our own tracking data, external data sources and APIs to facilitate interaction between tools and processes of different departments
- You set up, document and improve our customer data model that we use to balance the different activities within the company (e.g. increase data quality, avoid redundancy)
- You educate everyone about the importance of data quality, enforce it across all areas at Capmo, and challenge business requirements from a data and infrastructure perspective
- You become a domain expert in everything involving data infrastructure (database setup, tooling integration, event tracking, etc.)
Your Profile:
You strive in a cross-functional, dynamic and demanding work environment and already gathered first working experience as part of agile software development teams.
- You completed your master studies in computer science or a comparable field and have +2 years of experience in (backend) software engineering
- You are an expert in handling different APIs, proficient in JavaScript and SQL, and enjoy working with AWS
- You are detail-oriented with high demands on data quality and have excellent analytical and communication skills to advocate for and challenge data-driven decisions across all business areas
- Strong written and spoken English (level C1) and willing to relocate to Munich - German is not required but a strong plus
