What your role will be As Revenue Operations Analyst (m/f/d), you will join our Data Intelligence Team and partner closely with our Marketing, Sales, and Account Management teams (among others) to set us up for success in reaching our growth goals and driving overall efficiencies. You will do this through optimizing processes, building reports, and dashboards that provide insights to drive strategy and unlock potential for our team. As a key player within our Data Intelligence Team, you will not only support our teams operationally but will also contribute to the implementation of our data centralization strategy to enable more effective use of data across the organization.
What you will do
- Manage all aspects of Lead to Revenue funnel reporting
- Establish and deliver marketing and sales reports, including dashboards and analyses of conversions, attribution, and effectiveness with a high degree of accuracy and consistency
- Analyze, manage and optimize the current database and marketing & sales tech stack (currently Pipedrive, Zapier, etc.)
- Establish, maintain and document scalable processes that ensure best practices in campaign and lead management, while proactively searching for and suggesting areas to improve and streamline
- Perform detailed investigations to reveal potential insights into root causes, areas of most impact, priorities of focus, and recommend paths forward for our commercial teams
- Work across a mix of proactive projects and reactive support for business stakeholders in Marketing, Sales, and Account Management
- Manage cross-functional stakeholders and advise on company-wide initiatives to support our target achievements
- Support in the implementation of a centralized data strategy across the organization
What you bring to the table
- 2-3 years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or Business Operations, preferably in a fast-paced startup environment
- Proven ability to conceptualize business processes, clearly illustrate pain points, and recommend changes to improve these processes
- Strong proficiency with SQL
- Understanding of data flow and data best practices
- Solid understanding of key SaaS Sales, Marketing, and Account Management concepts and how they work in practice
- Strong quantitative capabilities with a passion for numbers and analytics
- Excellent communicator with the ability to build relationships with a diverse set of stakeholders and present results in a clear and interesting way
- Curious, independent, and proactive mindset with an eye for detail
